Our Story
Meat Max is an authentic American barbecue Smokehouse and Steakhouse — born from a stubborn idea: that food should have personality. We bring flavours that feel reminiscent of America, wrapped in a unique Middle Eastern essence.
We are obsessive about where our meat comes from. Hormone-free, organic, hand-picked cuts — prepared fresh, never rushed, and smoked over a custom blend of woods for hours until the flavour is unmistakable.
Every dish is built on the same idea: real food, fair prices, no shortcuts. That's the only way we know how to do it.

The Method
Four steps. No microwave. No shortcuts. The whole secret is patience and the right wood, in that order.
Hormone-free, organic cuts from trusted farms. Inspected by hand before they reach the pit.
Our house spice blend goes on the night before. The meat rests overnight to let the cure pull deep.
A custom mix of woods burns low and slow for 8 to 16 hours, depending on the cut. We watch it. We don't rush it.
Pulled, sliced or carved to order, finished with our sauces, and out to you while the bark is still warm.
